Psst... something very cool is coming to market!

The Jacobsen was inspired by timeless, mid-century modernism. The building consists of 125 units ranging from studios to 1,300+ square foot flats. The flat that I’’ll be presenting to market next week is a 700sf, one bedroom with great living space. It will be offered @ $599,000.

 

Aside from the aesthetic, both interior and exterior, one of my favourite features of the Jacobsen is the size of the balconies and outdoor space offered.
