Open House!
Saturday, October 11, I'll be hosting an open house at 251 E. 7th Ave. Sunday, October 12, I'll be having Thanksgiving Dinner followed by a food coma on the couch. If you're like me you probably don't want to hear this but that food coma isn't because of the turkey, it's because we can't stop shoveling our mouths with all the deliciousness around us. So if you don't want the coma, don't eat 2 days worth of meals in one sitting....good luck :)
The property I'm holding open, located in Mt. Pleasant, is a very welled layed out one bedroom condo. 650sq.ft., full sized kitched w/ breakfast bar, flex space perfect for a work area or den, large balcony, parking, storage, gym, common roof top patio with fireplace, BBQ and community garden. There are a few one bedroom units in the the building for sale so come by and compare. (I'm not sure if the other units will be open)
I'll be open from 1:30pm to 3pm.
